...he's dead? Apparently, it was cardiac arrest that brought down the king of pop. Ironically enough, I was watching the Nostalgic Critic's movie review on Jackson's movie, "Moonwalker" earlier today. Coincidence?
For those of you who have seen my sketchbook pages, you've seen how I've often called out Jackson, mostly because of his alleged molestation trial. However, over the years, I've looked away from Jackson's slander by the media and investigated what he was before.
For the record, I began to remember his old singles, such as "Smooth Criminal" and "Bad," as well as exactly listening to "Thriller" for the first time. I actually liked it a little, but I think his fans would agree that it's more than "just a little good." Looking back on what I said about him when I was younger, you'd think I was a class-A jerk. Well, not really class-A. More like a class-C or D, since A and B would be for people who wished death upon him, which was never my intention.
So to make a long journal entry short, Jackson wasn't my favorite pop artist (I don't even know if I have one), but he was still human. Oh, and "Smooth Criminal" is cool. I'm sure his fans will miss him.
